Offices to Let

We presently have one office available at Sutton Lodge.

The Victorian barns have been sympathetically converted to provide light and airy office space. All offices have ensuite toilet and kitchen facilities, with their own private access on to a tarmac courtyard. Each office has allotted parking spaces immediately outside the office door with additional parking available for meetings and customers subject to prior arrangement.

All offices have broadband and security and there is a daily postal service in the morning and a collection at 5pm in the evening from the yard. Access to the yard is via a tarmac drive from the main road - B664 Harborough to Uppingham road.

Sutton Lodge can also provide accommodation, additional meeting/conference facilities and on site catering also subject to prior arrangement. It is set in a beautiful location and provides plenty of opportunity for a walk at lunchtime and is also a short drive from the town of Market Harborough which is on the mainline rail service to London St Pancras.

A large main office consists of a reception area and small ramp leading up to two further offices, kitchen with an eating area and two toilets. The unit has three access doors. Main door leads on to the forecourt, second door leads from the third office onto the courtyard and the third access from the kitchen leads to additional parking to the rear of the yard. All on one level the unit provides plenty of light spacious working areas.
